About Me
Hello, I’m Sarah and thank you for visiting my website.
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have been working as a therapist within the NHS for the past 5
years and also offer private sessions. With over 25 years’ experience of working within different mental health settings, I have extensive experience of working therapeutically with Adults where anxiety and depression are the main difficulties. In the past few years, I have developed a personal interest in supporting women on their menopausal journey with CBT and realistic lifestyle changes. I am passionate about looking after your mental health and all aspects of wellbeing, adopting an holistic approach to my therapeutic work.
My style is person-centred with the focus on building a therapeutic relationship with openness and trust.
My aim is for you to feel comfortable to explore your difficulties within a safe and respectful environment, offering you a greater understanding of why your difficulties happen and more
helpful ways of managing them.

I receive regular supervision to support me in my therapeutic work and attend regular training events to enhance my professional development as a therapist. I am DBS checked and have full personal professional indemnity insurance in order to practice privately.
If you would like to find out if CBT might be the right therapy for you, then please either email or call me to arrange a 15 minute consultation at no extra cost, whereby I hope to gain an insight into your difficulties, answer some of your questions and decide if we are the right fit to work together.
